There are already eight schools belonging to the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. One of them is called „Filipka – story school“ and it is located on Filipínského street in Brno.

What is the role of ministers and preachers in today’s world, in the first quarter of the 21^st century? As an expression of solidarity with the people of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic initiated a trip of representatives of Czech churches and religious societies to Ukraine from 6 to 8 June 2023.

That is the question we were asking ourselves more than fifteen years ago in our Olomouc congregation, when the offer came to start a partnership with a congregation of the Presbyterian Church of the United States (PC USA) in Athens, Georgia. At that time, questions and uncertainties exceeded enthusiasm.
