Statement of the 4th session of the 35th Synod on the situation in Ukraine

 "The ECCB Synod expresses its sympathy for all the people whose lives have been affected by the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, expresses its solidarity and dedicates its intercessory prayers to them. We thank all those who are trying to help in this war crisis.  At the same time, as Christians, we reject the statements of church leaders, such as Moscow Patriarch Kirill, who justify this aggression."
